1-Do your products come with any warranty?
All our products come with 30 days warranty and money back guarantee.
2- How does your warranty work incase product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period?
We will issue full refund or send a replacement product. You can always ask for full refund, We will pay shipping either way.
3-What happens after the warranty expires, Can I still return the product?
We don’t accept returns after the warranty expires
4-When does the warranty date start?
Warranty starts from the moment you receive your product.
5-What happens if the product doesn’t arrive or gets lost?
All our products come with tracking and signature. If product is lost by the carrier, we will open a claim with carrier and send you a replacement or issue refund.
6-What if I change my mind or want to cancel after I buy an item?
If the item didn’t ship, we will cancel the order, If the item shipped, you will be responsible for the charges that we paid for shipping and will have to ship the item back to us on your own expense, If Item was brand new and it was opened, we charge restocking fee of 25%.

11-What if I don’t like the product I received or it arrived damaged?
If you received something that is not as it was advertised, we will gladly accept it back and we pay for shipping on returns in such case. We will issue refund upon receiving the item back.
