Shipping
GT Printers ships within the United States. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days. Carrier transit estimates begin after this handling period and may vary by printer size, destination, and selected delivery service.
3-month limited warranty
Pre-owned printers marked as inspected and tested are cleaned, inspected, and function-tested by GT Printers before shipment. Their 3-month limited warranty begins on delivery and covers hardware failures under normal use.
If something is wrong
Contact GT Printers with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For a verified hardware fault within the warranty period, we will send a prepaid return label. You may choose a comparable replacement when inventory allows, or a full refund if you do not want a replacement.
Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, contact GT Printers within 14 days of delivery before returning the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the printer must be returned in the condition received with its included accessories. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the item price within 7 days.
Return conditions
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return label and instructions. Consumables, normal wear, physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and post-delivery configuration changes are not covered by the warranty. Report visible transit damage or an incorrect item promptly after delivery.
