Product listings on GT Printers are subject to availability, prior sale, price correction, and catalog updates.

Used and refurbished printers may show normal wear consistent with their condition. Buyers are responsible for confirming that a selected model fits their technical, connectivity, and workflow requirements.

Products specifically marked with a 3-month limited warranty are covered for hardware failures under normal use for 3 months from delivery. For a verified warranty fault, GT Printers provides a prepaid return label and the buyer may choose a comparable replacement when available or a full refund. Consumables, normal wear, physical or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and post-delivery configuration changes are excluded.

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return shipping and must return the printer with its included accessories in the condition received. Refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected. This does not limit the prepaid return label and replacement-or-refund option for a verified warranty fault.

Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention, shipping validation, or inventory confirmation before release. GT Printers may decline or cancel an order when payment authorization, address validation, or stock status cannot be confirmed.

Product details, compatibility assumptions, and delivery timelines should be treated as commercially reasonable descriptions rather than blanket guarantees for every third-party environment.
